We take utmost care while packing the products for shipment and thorough quality checks done on each items before despatch of the products to ensure that there are no damages.

However we understand there may be few instances where you need to Return the product and your request for return and refund will be accepted on the following conditions:

● To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging

● If the product is delivered to you in damaged/ defective condition. (Clear photos or video required)

● If the wrong product delivered to you (wrong size, colour, quantity)

● Your request for return should be received by us within 2 days

● Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted at any cost (Please refer Refund process)

● The shipping charges on returns are to be borne by customer

● Returns will be accepted and refund will be processed only after the products are completely examined and approved by our Quality Control team

● In exception cases, if the product doesn’t meet your requirements, then return can be accepted but refund is not possible. Instead an exchange option is available or store credit for the corresponding amount will be issued, wherein the customer can make purchase with us anytime within one year, for that amount

● In case of partial cancellation, only store credit for the corresponding amount will be issued, wherein the customer can make purchase with us anytime within one year, for that amount

● Only the product/s cost will be refunded (if return request accepted). The shipping cost for damaged products is non-refundable

● We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages

● No Returns or Refunds if you changed your mind after the products are shipped

● No Returns or Refunds if you do not send us the receipt / proof of purchase

● No Returns or Refunds if the “request for return and refund” not sent to us within 2 days from the delivery of the items or receipt of the product/s by you whichever is earlier

● No Returns or Refunds if there is delay during shipping which is beyond our control and The Temple Tree Australia is not liable or responsible for any such delays

● Return and refund is not available for custom orders

● No return and refund available for the item bought on sale/ clearance and gift cards

● No credit is given for lost return packages and non-returnable items (for ex: declined return request by The Temple Tree Australia) returned to us will neither shipped back to the sender and no refund will be credited to their account

● Please send us an a email at returns@thetempletreeaustralia.com along with the receipt or proof of purchase and clear image or video where the damage is clearly shown

● Your request for return and refund email should reach us within 2 days from the date of delivery or the receipt of the item by you whichever is earlier

● Customers can return the product only post receipt of acceptance message from The Temple Tree Australia

● Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted at any cost

● We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return item, and let you know if the return was approved or not

● If the return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take sometime for your bank or service provider to process the refund

An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). Please send us an email on customersupport@thetempletreeaustralia.com along with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue refund for orders that are successfully cancelled.
